LEGAL NOTES AND PRIVACY - INFORMATION
The privacy concerns communicated by the visitors to ARTIGO Spa through this site will be handled in the following manner.
According to the article 13 of D.Lgs. 30th June 2003 no. 196, for the protection of privacy concerns (herewith “the Code”), you are informed that the owner for handling your privacy concerns is ARTIGO Spa with seat at Località Carpeneto – Cairo Montenotte (SV).    
These concerns will be used by ARTIGO Spa for purposes for which you gave your consent. 
The privacy concerns will be known exclusively by the people charged by the owner.

The privacy concerns owned by ARTIGO Spa will be able to be communicated to specialized societies and organizations that supply to the owner processing services or useful activities for him.    
The privacy concerns are handled with procedures, technical and IT instruments suitable to protect the privacy and security of the concerns. The concerns handling consists of their collection, registration, organization, preservation, consulting, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, block, communication, diffusion, cancelling, destruction, including the combination of two or more of the a.m. activities.     
The communication of the minors’ privacy concerns has to be given by one of the parents or by a person who exercises the authority on the minor.
  
Whoever has supplied privacy concerns to ARTIGO Spa, by authorizing their handling
for a certain purpose, will be entitled, in whatever moment, to exercise the rights mentioned in the Code as to Protection of privacy concerns (D.Lgs.196/2003) art. 7, by contacting ARTIGO Spa with seat at Località Carpeneto – Cairo Montenotte (SV).
