Terms, conditions of use and privacy
The website www.artigo.com  (herewith defined as the "site") is of exclusive property of  ARTIGO Spa. The a.m. company has created it for information, communication and entertainment purposes  and made it available to the users for personal, commercial and non commercial purposes.

Its usage is dependent on the acceptance of the terms and conditions herewith established. If you don’t want to accept, you are invited not to use the site and not to download any material from it.

The trademark ARTIGO Spa, the trademarks of the products and of the promotions reported in the web pages of the site (included the correspondent logotypes) and all the other distinctive, denominative and figurative signs, as well as the slogan related to the trademarks, are of exclusive property of ARTIGO Spa; every use or copy of them for whatever purpose or with whatever means is expressly and absolutely forbidden and will be prosecuted according to the law by ARTIGO Spa.

No copy of the site or of some parts of it can be object of sale or distribution with commercial purposes.

ARTIGO Spa operates very carefully to select and update the contents of the site. However, ARTIGO Spa declines every responsibility in case the information are full of gaps or incomplete or contain whatever mistakes.

ARTIGO Spa declines also every responsibility for eventual damages that can happen to the users and to their properties after entering the site, for the impossibility to enter the site or the downloading of material inside the site (where it is allowed), included for damages to the users’ IT equipments because of virus.

SECURITY
This web site and the linked sites were analysed very carefully by ARTIGO Spa.  They don’t present therefore dangerous or unpleasant contents for children. The advertised products cannot be purchased directly thorough the site. 

However, ARTIGO Spa is only responsible for the content of its sites and not for the content of third sites with which there is an authorized link because it doesn’t have any control on them.
