WHISTLEBLOWING<\/span><\/h2>

Artigo, with the aim of combating violations of the 231 model, violations of the rules of European Union law and relevant conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, has activated a dedicated channel aimed at allowing internal subjects (e.g. collaborators) and external parties (e.g. suppliers) to report any relevant offenses pursuant to the Whistleblowing Decree (Legislative Decree no. 24\/2023). The supervisory body, responsible for reports, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24\/2023, undertake to guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter, the report and the subjects involved in it.<\/span><\/p>
