Ist sie zu elastisch, k\u00f6nnen die Haltbarkeit und die Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen Eindr\u00fcckungen unter konzentrierten Lasten beeintr\u00e4chtigt werden.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Die Dual-Durometer-Konstruktion verteilt diese Anforderungen auf zwei unterschiedliche Funktionsschichten. Die L\u00f6sung wurde urspr\u00fcnglich von der Sport-Sparte von Mondo f\u00fcr Hochleistungs-Leichtathletikbahnen entwickelt \u2014 Mondo ist seit 1976 \u00fcber zw\u00f6lf aufeinanderfolgende Ausgaben hinweg offizieller Lieferant der Olympischen Spiele \u2014 und 2001 anschlie\u00dfend in den Objektbereich eingef\u00fchrt. Das Prinzip beruht darauf, zwei sich erg\u00e4nzende elastische Eigenschaften in einem einzigen K\u00f6rper zu vereinen.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><b>Vulkanisation oder Laminierung?<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p2\">Entscheidend f\u00fcr die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit einer mehrschichtigen Oberfl\u00e4che ist das Verfahren, mit dem die einzelnen Komponenten verbunden werden. Durch die W\u00e4rmeeinwirkung entstehen chemische Bindungen zwischen den Polymerketten der verschiedenen Kautschukschichten. Dadurch werden zwei getrennte Massen zu einem einzigen Strukturelement, das sich w\u00e4hrend seiner gesamten Nutzungsdauer an keiner Stelle trennen kann.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Die verschiedenen Schichten der Artigo-Kautschukbodenbel\u00e4ge werden gemeinsam vulkanisiert. So bieten sie die Eigenschaften der Dual-Durometer-Technologie bei einer Festigkeit, die mit einer einschichtigen Konstruktion vergleichbar ist.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><b>Was ist Laminierung?<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p2\">Laminierung ist dagegen ein mechanisches oder klebendes F\u00fcgeverfahren, bei dem zwei Bahnen mithilfe von Klebharzen, lokalem Druck oder oberfl\u00e4chlichen thermischen Mikroschwei\u00dfungen verbunden werden, ohne dass eine echte chemische Reaktion stattfindet. Obwohl dieses industrielle Verfahren kosteng\u00fcnstig und weit verbreitet ist, macht das Fehlen chemischer Bindungen zwischen den Polymerketten die Verbindungsfl\u00e4che zu einer dauerhaften Schwachstelle. Durch Feuchtigkeit, Temperaturschwankungen oder kontinuierliche rollende Belastungen kann es zu Delaminierung, Blasenbildung oder Abl\u00f6sung kommen.<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><b>Leistungsaufbau: zwei aufeinander abgestimmte Schichten<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p3\">Der Querschnitt eines Dual-Durometer-Bodenbelags mit zwei H\u00e4rtegraden, beispielsweise der Standardausf\u00fchrung mit einer Gesamtdicke von 3,0 mm, zeigt einen gezielt auf bestimmte Aufgaben abgestimmten Aufbau:<\/p><h2 class=\"p1\"><b>Obere Schicht (Wear layer)<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p2\">Die begehbare Schicht hat eine Nenndicke von mindestens 1,0 mm und eine Shore-A-H\u00e4rte von 88 (gemessen nach ISO 48-4).<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Die Shore-A-Skala misst den empirischen Widerstand eines Materials gegen Eindr\u00fccken, also die F\u00e4higkeit der Oberfl\u00e4che, dem lokalen Eindringen einer kalibrierten Stahlspitze unter kontrollierter Belastung entgegenzuwirken. Sie ist die Standardreferenz f\u00fcr Elastomere und flexible Kautschuke und reicht von 0 (maximales Eindringen und extreme Weichheit) bis 100 (kein Eindringen und maximale Oberfl\u00e4chenh\u00e4rte).<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Ein Shore-A-Wert von 88, wie bei den vulkanisierten Kayar-Bodenbel\u00e4gen, erm\u00f6glicht die direkte Aufnahme von Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerverkehr und leichtem rollendem Verkehr. Anders als viele konkurrierende elastische Bodenbel\u00e4ge, bei denen die dekorative Nutzschicht auf etwa 0,2 mm \u00fcber einer kompakten 2,8-mm-Tr\u00e4gerschicht begrenzt ist, bietet die Dual-Durometer-Konstruktion eine f\u00fcnfmal gr\u00f6\u00dfere nutzbare Verschlei\u00dfschicht. Wie bereits im Artikel \u201eDie unsichtbare Bedeutung der B-Seite des Tr\u00e4gers\u201c erl\u00e4utert, verwandelt die Dual-Layer-Technologie die untere Schicht in einen Ausgleichsraum f\u00fcr die Kreislaufwirtschaft:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li2\"><strong>Wiederverwertung industrieller Abf\u00e4lle:<\/strong> Bis zu 20 % Pulver und Schneidreste aus der Vor- und Nachproduktion k\u00f6nnen wieder in die Tr\u00e4germischung eingebracht werden. So wird die Deponierung vermieden, ohne das sichtbare Erscheinungsbild zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/li><li class=\"li2\"><strong>Chemische Sicherheit:<\/strong> Das gesamte Produkt erf\u00fcllt weiterhin die europ\u00e4ischen Normen (EN 1817 und EN 12199), vermeidet Formaldehyd- und VOC-Emissionen (Zertifizierungen GREENGUARD Gold, Indoor Air Comfort Gold und Cradle to Cradle Silver) und schlie\u00dft Stoffe der Red List der Living Building Challenge kategorisch aus, darunter PVC, Phthalate, Bisphenol A sowie per- und polyfluorierte Alkylsubstanzen
