Artigo renews its commitment to gender equality

As part of maintaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, Artigo S.p.A. confirms its concrete commitment for 2025 to promoting a fair and inclusive corporate culture. The strategic plan includes targeted actions involving training, internal listening, participation in events, and dissemination of content useful for working life.
Below are some initiatives:
Balanced gender representation at external events
On April 5, 2025, Artigo participated in the ceremony at the Croce Bianca in Cairo Montenotte, attended by the Mayor and volunteers. Our representative, Ginevra Astesiano, took part as godmother, expressing the company’s support for a local association heavily affected by the October 2024 flood.
This initiative is part of the strategic plan’s actions to ensure balanced gender representation in public occasions and relations with external stakeholders, in line with the KPIs of UNI/PdR 125:2022.
Planned activities for October 2025
In October, two initiatives will be launched for the entire corporate population:
• Training on gender equality, both general and specific, aimed at strengthening corporate culture and promoting inclusive behaviors.
• Workplace climate survey, with a focus on gender equality issues, useful for gathering perceptions, experiences, and suggestions to improve the working environment.
Artigo S.p.A. invites all stakeholders to actively participate in this journey, convinced that dialogue and collaboration are fundamental tools for building an increasingly fair, respectful, and sustainable working environment.
