The Little Explorers Elementary School is an alternative public institution located in Longueuil (CSS Marie-Victorin), offering a learning environment focused on alternative pedagogy, creativity and respect for the child’s pace from kindergarten (4 years old) to grade 6.The architectural concept of the “village” aims to offer a world to be discovered through an exploratory journey. A variety of spaces at different scales, a stimulating environment. Exploring this “village” is linked to a flexible, inclusive, innovative, environmentally conscious, and sustainable learning approach. The school offers flexible spaces designed to evolve with pedagogical advancements and adapt to the changing needs of the neighborhood over time.
