The building, located on the outskirts of Semily town, is designed to be a home away from home for 110 children, aged three to six. The project combines a classic municipal kindergarten and a Waldorf kindergarten in a single building: the aim was to create a building with centralized facilities and a kitchen for two independent kindergartens for children. The classrooms are arranged in a circular pattern around two atriums, that separate the different parts of the building, but also serve as a communication center and space for common activities.
